Because this session focuses purely on your internal balance, there is zero pressure or guilt—whether you’ve made lifestyle changes or not, every shift gives us valuable information for your next healing step

This specialized, standalone intensive focuses exclusively on your biochemistry. Together, we will dive deep into your current diet, identify nutrient gaps, and map out a practical, customized nutritional protocol (including food adjustments and targeted supplements) designed to fuel your healing and accelerate your results—without the overwhelm.

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) Strategy Session
